         Mr. Kimberling, has over 30 years of electronics, communication, and energy utility related experience covering a wide range of industries including 8 years in Measurement and Control Systems Technology at Union Carbide, 17 years as General Manager of Union Oil & Gas, Inc., 3 years as Director of Market Development with Eastern American Energy, 5 years as Director of Market Development with Eagle Research Corporation, and two years as the Chief Operating Officer for Netranom Communications who specialized in computer networking, wide-area wireless broadband deployment, website development and hosting, telephone systems and cabling.  He has also obtained certification as a Wireless Mesh Network Engineer from BelAir Networks.

         Most recently, Mr. Kimberling has been focused on advising, defining and supervising the development of large scale wireless internet capabilities in public and private venues across a wide range of locations and customers. With over 30 years of community and economic development experience, he brings a network of individuals and industries together to address the municipal and private sector markets.

         Past and present community involvements include:

· Chairman of the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce

· Past President and 16 year Board Member of the Putnam County Economic Development Authority

· Chairman of the Board of Directors of Putnam General Hospital for 6 years
